Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email instantly. This means we’ve successfully received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Behind the scenes, we’ll check with our suppliers to ensure your item is in stock and ready to ship.

  • In Stock? Your order will be processed immediately and shipped within 5 business days.

  • Backordered or Unavailable? We’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email.

Order Shipment

When your order is ready:

  • It will ship within five business days after payment.

  • Tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there’s visible damage:

  1. Note it when signing for the delivery.

  2. Send photos of the damage to lockifyme.help@gmail.com, and we’ll handle the insurance claim for you.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders canceled after 48 hours will incur a $20 administration fee, regardless of shipping status.

  • Returns: If your order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at purchase.
