Returns & Refunds policy

At Lockify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we've got you covered! Here's everything you need to know about our hassle-free return and refund process:

Easy Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return your product for any reason.

  • To get started, email us at lockifyme.help@gmail.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Steps to Return

  1. Request your RMA within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the RMA number with your returned product.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided, ensuring it's securely packed in its original condition and packaging with all accessories intact.

  4. Share the tracking number with us once it is shipped.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you’re liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns without an RMA or missing parts/accessories may be rejected or incur a 30% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping, handling fees, gift wrap charges, and taxes (e.g., customs or VAT) are non-refundable.

Delayed Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider (refunds may take time to post).

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, email lockifyme.help@gmail.com for exchange instructions. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Gifts

  • Gift Return: Receive a gift certificate once the return is processed.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
